Construction Crew Lead
Journeyman level

Sustainable Spaces is looking for an experienced leader who can grow with our company, manage teams, and is skilled in a wide range of disciplines. In this position you will be required to have an understanding of HVAC, building science, electrical, plumbing, framing, and more. Must be able to motivate a team working in challenging conditions. Home Testing:

Home Peformance Specialist

Sustainable Spaces is looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to conduct scientific and detailed analyses of customer homes. We will train, but we are looking for someone with a technical background and a proven ability to master complicated tasks.  Scientific or contractor background preferred.  You will be working in both the office and in customer homes and will be required to synthesize data and solve problems.   Weekly deliverables are required.  Qualified individuals will be eligible for competitive pay,  health benefits, vacation, and 401(k) . Engineering:

Engineer

Sustainable Spaces is looking for an engineer with an understanding of building science and performance.  HVAC experience a plus.  Must have an undergraduate engineering degree, preferably mechanical.  Will train, however must have high level of comfort with computer skills, AutoCAD drafting, and plumbing drawing sets.  Must be a problem solver with abilities in energy modeling and code compliance documentation.  Must be able to work independently and with a team.
