Sustainable Spaces is a member in good standing of the California Building Performance Contractors Association.

The California Building Performance Contractors Association (CBPCA ) is under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) formed in 2001 to encourage a revolution in building improvement. That revolution is the introduction of “building performance contracting” to California’s millions of buildings.

This new kind of home improvement service identifies and provides what each home needs most for better energy efficiency, economy, air quality, structural soundness, long-term value, and the health, safety, and comfort of its occupants—all to meet the homeowner’s budget and in a single transaction.
